I had to sit on the phone for about 23 minutes and still had no response. I want to say the representative picked up the phone because the 'hold' ringtone wasn't playing but they didn't announce their presence. I said "hello" and the call ended. All I wanted was to set up an appointment to make an account. This really was a great first impression!
