I wish I could give them no stars. I went to PNC because I thought they were a different, solid bank. They are not. I was promised something upon opening my account and they failed miserably. The Manager Natalie is downright nasty. I am not delinquent nor is my account in the negative so this isn't a revenge review. The Manager even had her staff playing phone games. April 25th: So disappointed in Emily in her management of our home equity loan... scheduled to resubmit a document and she wasn't there... no message, no email... no nothing. Very dissatisfied on this Friday after my wife and I had to take off work early to do it. An extremely dark cloud over PNC after this for us.
