Some of the worst service I've ever had at any bank
As a new customer at the Town & Country branch over the past two months, I have found the staff to be uniformly courteous, professional, and efficient.
I was so frustrated with my experience at this branch. The ATM outside said it was dispensing cash, but none came out. I went inside the branch to see if they could just make sure my account looked okay and no funds were removed. The woman acted like she could help me, but said I needed to give her all kinds of information first - 2 forms of ID, my drivers license expiration date, my social security number.
