I was so frustrated with my experience at this branch. The ATM outside said it was dispensing cash, but none came out. I went inside the branch to see if they could just make sure my account looked okay and no funds were removed. The woman acted like she could help me, but said I needed to give her all kinds of information first - 2 forms of ID, my drivers license expiration date, my social security number. love this branch. people are very helpful there and arent all prune like. best bank ive used in a while. highly recommend THIS BRANCH of PNC Update 2023: Since time of this review they have gotten terrible. They have gone to a cashless bank. You can not do a lot of transactions there anymore. Seems like they don’t know what’s going on either. Was supposed to get a new ATM card and still never got it. It’s been months if not a year ago. I’d suggest if you want to keep PNC try a different branch .
The fact that a bank exists that does not accept deposits is pointless and a waste of space. Please reinstate my ability to deposit checks at this location!
I’ve never had such a nice manager work with me. I felt heard for the first time in a long time and my issue was resolved so quickly. Thank you!
