This company with many is using 3rd party companies from other countries to take care of customer service inquiries. If these banks are going to do this they should get people who understand the questions you are asking and be able to navigate without having the customers having to keep going in circles to try to get a question answered . Not to mention these automated machine are horrible . How can someone get good service when agents don’t understand what is being communicated.
this location is not a typical pnc bank. there are no tellers there or anyway to do actaul banking. no money on site. they re direct you to main st bexley location. i beleive they are there for loans or maybe future planning type of thing. there is an atm on site though
Had a really good experience at PNC and just wanted to shout out Kaiti. She really took the time to help me fix an issue with my account and made sure everything was straight before I left. They mail out promos like $700 for opening a checking account but then do a bait and switch in the branch. Their marketing is totally misleading.
