They mail out promos like $700 for opening a checking account but then do a bait and switch in the branch. Their marketing is totally misleading.
Called this location to specially ask if they took deposits. As first the response was "Oh thats a good question!" Then I was told yes. I even stated I DO NOT have a debit card this is a corporate account! The lady on the phone reassured they would take my corporate deposit only to find out they won't take my Deposits!! Waste of time, and had to pay for parking! Such a waste!! I hate this Bank!! They are the absolute worst! Don't bother calling either because you will get WRONG Information!! So annoying!

Terrible company. Online UI is trash, just got locked out of my account because password resets don't work after hours and on weekends. App is also terrible. 1800 number was worthless for assistance, and because they're limited on interactions with PLAID, I missed out on hundreds of dollars in trade on Coinbase...NOW, rather than send me an e-mail for reset...I have to wait 3-5 days for5 a letter...Can't WAIT to go back to Chase.
