Terrible company. Online UI is trash, just got locked out of my account because password resets don't work after hours and on weekends. App is also terrible. 1800 number was worthless for assistance, and because they're limited on interactions with PLAID, I missed out on hundreds of dollars in trade on Coinbase...NOW, rather than send me an e-mail for reset...I have to wait 3-5 days for5 a letter...Can't WAIT to go back to Chase.
PNC Shut down the branch near me so I had to go here for my new credit cards and Maria was amazingly helpful and very engaging in conversation like I was with a friend of mine as well her branch manager. It also helps that I was assisted right away and their was no wait time. Overall I will be making this my new home bank and this played deserves better reviews.
They do not allow cash withdrawals from a teller, only from an ATM. Why would I go to a branch to withdraw an amount that I could get from an ATM anywhere. This policy makes no sense
