I was trying to get an update on the remaining balance for my checking account that I closed few days ago and the customer service was simply bouncing my call from one rep to another. Somehow my call landed up at this bank. Heather was extremely helpful in getting me the information. She took my account details, called the PNC back office, and called me back with details.
