Pleasantly, Professionally, Incredible Service!! Thank y'all!!
Went to PNC bank on Friday(end of July) to get money out. First of all they had this handsome you man that greeted me at the front door!!!!!! Then I went to the window to make a withdrawal and was greeted and waited on by this amazing teller (Jervel). She made me want to move Alllllllll of my money to this bank. In this day and time, it's a breath of fresh air to get such SUPERB service. Thank you for this amazing service. Keep doing what you are doing!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences at the Wesley Chapel PNC branch have been consistently disappointing. After giving them a second chance, it’s clear that customer service here is not a priority. The staff give off the impression that helping customers is an inconvenience, and the lack of urgency or effort is astounding.
