After my information was stolen, and I got a text which I appreciated, it called the fraud hotline. They told me EVERYTHING would be put back on my card. I checked this morning, nothing was put back on my card. So I called, and because it’s still “pending” you can’t put it back on my card. It’s over $500 and now I’m facing homeless because my landlord doesn’t CARE that YOU won’t put MY MONEY back in my account. So thanks soooooo much. Great customer service!
PNC is apparently willing to lose a customer over a $60 gift card dispute redeemed through their points program. I redeemed a $60 gift card in December and went to use it in February. Apparently, it was loaded with $0 balance. I called later that same evening to tell them about the problem. I have been in contact with customer service 5 times already and it seems they don't care to resolve the issue.
