Great customer service!
PNC is apparently willing to lose a customer over a $60 gift card dispute redeemed through their points program. I redeemed a $60 gift card in December and went to use it in February. Apparently, it was loaded with $0 balance. I called later that same evening to tell them about the problem. I have been in contact with customer service 5 times already and it seems they don't care to resolve the issue. Been stopping here lately to get cash cause have to pay cash for my room stay. After coming here a few weeks I seen if they see you need cash they will go out of there way to rob you. Everytime I go back they have up the transaction fee. I will never go back again. I have snuffed them robbers out for good. I have better & other ways assist myself.
