Came in to do a wire, they said you need an appointment, scheduled the appointment for 45 minutes later, came back and it takes about 10 minutes to enter information, then they said their system is down? But..... they would call me when it's up sometime later in the day, still waiting for that call? Don't understand employees dedication sometime or their lack thereof... Easy $100 for 15 minutes of work, just have to use Western Union now

They put you on hold while the store isn’t busy. Then will treat you like you’re in their way. If you would have answered the phone, I wouldn’t have to stop in. Trash service. I’ll go to Neshannock to bank.
