I needed to change my address and I don’t have a PNC account except for car loan. Acct number is xx’d out so I can’t do it online. I called Neshannock branch and the lady Em? Was wonderful! Ty!
This bank was the worst with customer service. Barb one of the bankers completely messed up my account and credit. Barb did not take any notes on what she helped us with so the next banker working with us had no idea what she had done. I had initially came in to change my address, after moving I walked unto a different PNC where I moved too only to find out none of my addresses had been changed. Used to be a great place for banking, however since moving the old staff there from the downtown branch that closed it is the worst. The staff are rude and unpleasant at all times. Looking to change banks as a result.
