Worse customer service, terrible, mess up the checks, 1 week without money cause a worker don’t know how to do the job, useless service, so disappointing
Worse location and staff, I definitely don’t recommend this place
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the service we received yesterday. We visited the branch to resolve a check hold. Despite showing the employee the email instructions from the bank stating the check needed to be rescanned, her handling of the situation was completely incompetent. By simply scanning it again without clearing the previous entry, she triggered an additional two-day hold. Furthermore, her attitude was extremely condescending and disrespectful. Absolutely the worst customer service at this particular branch . If you need help or concerns regarding your account dont wast your time or prepare to sit there and wait for them to do nothing .
Put $120.00 into the atm and we got an error message. We went inside and the banker told us it’ll take at least 10days for someone to even check the atm camera footage and maintenance. They couldn’t give us our money back smh .
