The bank is good, but the woman they have working is rude, she doesn't know how to treat customers, she is a woman from India and with glasses she is too rude, you give her things in her hand and she returns them to you, throwing them in the desk and leaves you with your hand outstretched, because of people like her I will no longer be a member of pnc.
