Omg they are terrible!!! I walked in to the branch at 2:35, the first banker who tried to help me had no idea on how to open a business account. the other one was just sitting waiting for her three o'clock appointment which never showed. Worst bank I've ever had to dealt with.
When in this location with my passport to get a new Debt card and the bank rep said she can't do it because she needed two forms of id. Doesn't make sense to me because I can call the customer service line and order a new card over the phone.
Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Denied every bill payment I tried to make with my account and resulted in two of my accounts being closes. They offered absolutely no resolution and couldn't explain why it happened. Closed the account immediately. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
