I been going to this location for years but never had good experience with employees working there…
Wish I could give negative stars. This is by far one of the worst branches of PNC I've ever experienced. Everytime I come in they make me jump through 30 thousand hoops just to get what I need done. I literally avoid this branch at all cost unless I absolutely need to visit out of propinquity. I really detest PNC as a whole, but I'm too busy to change to another bank right now. Give me another year and I'm done with them.
Place is terrible. Horrible treatment of customers. Never EVER answer phone and when you show up as walk-in they act like they cannot help you because they have client appts “they are waiting for”. So how can you make appt if they won’t answer the phone?
