I’ve been with. PNC as far back as when they were National City Bank. I changed location only because my branch closed. I can say never had issues intact staff has been VERY helpful and professional to me and my family. Sorry other have which don’t understand but me and my family very satisfied with the device provided. Keep doing what you do.
Came in to get me card activated and I told her that so I pulled out my card and ID just for her to look at it and say bankers can’t activate cards 🤦♀️ a teller will have to do it. Y’all made it impossible to do it online and over the phone and it’s been over a month since I made my account so I will just wait for it to close, I’ll be getting another bank account, sadly y’all have the same inconsistencies
I been going to this location for years but never had good experience with employees working there…
Wish I could give negative stars. This is by far one of the worst branches of PNC I've ever experienced. Everytime I come in they make me jump through 30 thousand hoops just to get what I need done. I literally avoid this branch at all cost unless I absolutely need to visit out of propinquity. I really detest PNC as a whole, but I'm too busy to change to another bank right now. Give me another year and I'm done with them.
