This was one of my favorite banks been coming here for 3 years since I moved to the area today I was denied to cash my check i will never come here again wouldn't suggest coming here The " new pnc team " doesn't know what there doing at all!! :(
Slowest bank ever, maybe another teller or two would be a good idea.
I would give them a 0 star if I could. They have the worst employees ever. They are super lazy. They don't care about the customers at all. If there is 5-10 minutes left on their shift and they see you coming they will purposely lock the doors. A few words to describe this place is Ignorant, not good energy, lack of feeling
Honestly I've been to alot of pnc banks around wilkesbarre/kingston/nanticoke etc area's and this is the best one in my opinion. I go thru drive thru and always get great service :) .
