Worst bank I've been with. Charging me just to have an account with them after having one for years now. EMPLOYEES there deserve to be fired. They stole money from my family now and refuse to give it back. Scam artist got ahold of our money and bank has refused to try and get it back to us. They will just blame the issue on the customer.
I went in to this useless bank to close my account due to multiple fraud going on with my account. I was unable to close it bc I had a $5 balance which I wanted to pay.in order to do so. This unwilling young girl said that they are not set up to take my money…what???? I’m at a BANK!! She said I could pay the $5 balance with Venmo or Zelle, then come back to close my account!. The worst branch personnel, 3 lady’s working and no one can help with a simple question. All I been hearing for 3 days !!!! We are very busy or we are on business calls , I went to the branch and called and still no answer to my question. I’m done with this branch, called corporate and my issue was resolved, this is the only reason I’m not switching to a different bank. Beware if you have a problem they are too busy to help. The next time I will go to the branch is to close my account.
Go ANYWHERE ELSE. This bank is an absolute joke. They all have their Birkenstock sandals tossed in the corners of their office, personal books their reading, shakes, calendars, blankets on their chairs. It’s like a college dorm room. Not something I want to see when I come in to speak to a FINANCIAL INSTITUTION that I am ENTRUSTING TO HOLD ONTO MY MONEY! So unprofessional. Took 45 minutes to issue a cashier’s check.
