If you rate this place Badly I question your judgment. It's a bank that requires a minimum account balance, if you can't handle that go be poor somewhere else. PNC is the only multi state bank I trust. Highly Recommend them.
Terrible customer service went in there to get a wire transfer done takes less than 5 minutes to do they told me they only have one person that could do it and she had a appointment scheduled in 10 minutes I have been banking with pnc for over 20 years can’t take 5 minutes out of your day to do your job when your appointment wasn’t even there yet we will be changing are bank
