Teller was very courteous
Terrible service. 4 visits to this branch trying to open an account and every time me and my husband were there they had a different excuse and told us to go a different bank. I guess they don't get commission or they do not care about acquiring new accounts. I’ve been a PNC bank customer for more than 10 yrs and never had any issues at any other branch. This bank as a whole has just screwed me out of money. It wasn't for chime and Cashapp not being seen as an actual bank I would have never had to be put myself in a place where I have no time to reopen another new account and WAIT for the debit card to show up so I can have access to my money. on top of that they have people who can't speak English all that well making it even harder to get direction/help they also still send out emails updating you about your account even after they have closed it. if you think coming here is convenient for you - literally drive somewhere else because the people that work at this branch are so rude it’s disgusting. It’s absolutely revolting how the women working here treat the people.
