If I could give this bank, especially this Huntley location, zero stars I would. The customer service is awful. When my father died and I had to close his account, to which I was named on the account, it was nothing but trouble and frustration. They also lost my child's signature card resulting in having to do it again. I find the majority of them to be incompetent...especially the bank manager I dealt with on two different occasions. The entire bank staff should be fired and someone needs to teach these employees compassion... read more
