Wait time is absurd. 1 teller working , took 14 minutes for her to tell me to see someone else. I'm done banking with PNC after 18+ years.
Going through a particularly stressful family situation. I called the bank in tears and Laura was incredibly sympathetic and comforting. She immediately made me feel at ease and gave me advice on what steps I needed to take. She reassured me everything would be ok. An hour later I was in the bank emotionally overwhelmed and crying.
