Going through a particularly stressful family situation. I called the bank in tears and Laura was incredibly sympathetic and comforting. She immediately made me feel at ease and gave me advice on what steps I needed to take. She reassured me everything would be ok. An hour later I was in the bank emotionally overwhelmed and crying. Good staff and always in and out with little to no wait
I have tried to call this Branch multiple times over the past three years and they almost never answer their phone. This is very inconvenient when all you need to do is ask a simple question. I don't expect this will get any better!!!
