You guys have to do better with your customer service. People shouldn't wait 25 mins in the drive thru when no one else was even there when I arrived. This happens repeatedly. Unacceptable
Teller deposited my check into someone else's account. Check was made out to me, I endorsed it plus my name was on my debit card I handed him. How did he deposit it into an account with someone else's name? I tried to call the bank numerous times. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I finally called PNC customer service. I talked to 3 people, asked all of them to have the 20th Place bank manager call me since they don't pick up phone when I call them. I have not received a call from bank manager.
