Experience was Super! Went there with my Kids the receptionist was sweet and very much helpful and kind staff was amazing!
This place has gone down hill since that awesome manager left. Kept me waiting on the drive thru for over 30!! 3 ppl were SERVICED BEFORE ME. Then they kept my IDs did not want to return them. Ignored me for 10 min. Then acted like I was to blame for them leaving me there. When I pressed the call button to get their attention they ignored me, while they were inside and looked at me. This branch is horrible!!!!! Been in many ti.es and can never get good service. Tiffany should no be working in custo.er service because she's always rude.
Bad bank bad staff...customer service never answer..all I have to say get away from this bank Went to solve a problem they made wait and all the offices empty and the employees sitting out talking about rain and sandwiches......
