I had an appt with a banker (Alexandria) at the PNC branch on 20th Place to call me at 1:00 to renew my CD. Well, 1:00 came and went. At 1:30, I emailed her that I was disappointed that she missed our appt. She didn't even have the courtesy to text or email me that she was running late or would have to miss our appt. When she finally responded to my email, her excuse was that an earlier appt ran late so she took a later lunch.
