I been using this branch for a while, regular staff very friendly and nice, such a pleasure to deal with. They remember me anytime I come back that makes banking way easier. Thank you
PNC bank FRAUD: Fees on the accounts are excessive and fraudulent. The bank double dips transactions. First they reduce the balance based on an authorization, then adds in overdraft charges, and then hits the overdraft charges again when the merchant settles. Even when the transactions happened and were posted on the same day. BANK POLICY and systems fraudulently move the postings around to cause more charges. DO NOT use this bank. Terrible..
