It's Friday before noon & no cash withdrawals at ATM. What happened to full service banking PNC & Diebold especially on payday?
PNC has become a non community bank since they allowed Diebold to take full responsibility of ATM services. DT PNC is so filthy you can't touch it without lifting sticky residue with this location & 20th 50% of time down not at standard reloading times & then only 50% of the banking ability for use. Currently both machines down. When I worked at PNC for 23yrs we were a full service bank for every community, it's not reflecting that anymore.
ATM just screwed me out of 15. Don't try to deposit money in this atm. It will screw you
PNC has the most amazing people working for them. I feel like I have personal bankers working just for me. Dawn is fantastic as are the rest of the staff.
