Been with PNC for years they have helped me in many ways . And I think them for that. And appreciate them
Attempted to close account in March 2025. Was told closed and they would send a check in the mail. It’s not July and I get an email saying they have extended my grace period as not to be charged an over draft fee? Never closed the account and charged me $15 a month for 5 months. Do not, under any circumstance, use PNC Bank in Ohio.
No one to help you, so I left
