Attempted to close account in March 2025. Was told closed and they would send a check in the mail. It’s not July and I get an email saying they have extended my grace period as not to be charged an over draft fee? Never closed the account and charged me $15 a month for 5 months. Do not, under any circumstance, use PNC Bank in Ohio.

Horrendous location. No tellers on site. Avoid at all costs.
I've been with PNC since 2000. I have my personal, savings, and business accounts with them. This branch has zero tellers so when I need change for my business I need to go to the next closest branch which takes at least 15 minutes to get to. And more and more branches are closing every year. I think it's finally time for a switch
