This is hands down the WORST BANK IN MOUNT VERNON!!!! No one answers the phones. You have to pay to have YOUR money available immediately or you have to wait 3-4 days to have it available when deposited?!? None of this makes sense for customers. Will be closing all three of our accounts and going elsewhere ASAP.
