I have banked at PNC for over 40 years. The service has continued to go down hill every year. I went in about 18 months ago and spoke with the manager over concerns I had on the interest rates I was receiving. Another local bank had higher rates. She said she would speak with her boss and call me back within two weeks. I got no reply. The next time I was in I asked again. She said she would call back again. A year and a half later no call.
