I went in to withdrawal some cash while I waited on my card to get to me. Julie, the employee who helped me, was amazing, she informed me they could print me a new card there and was just generally great at helping me out. It was an extraordinarily pleasant experience for a bank.
Do not bank here. Complete incompetence at the branch and corporate level.
Just a heads up: they will give you attitude, and they will treat you like an inconvenience if you attempt to use their services.
What type of bank makes you need to have 2 proof of identities? Apparently this bank. If you want to cash your checks without an account and don’t have 2 proof of identities on you don’t go here. Boyfriend had 3 different things for proof of identity and they declined 2.
Rude, slow tellers. No wonder I never go to the bank anymore. Waited here forever for me to deposit. Ridiculous. Avoid this bank unless you have all day and want to deal with rude employees.
