My wife, our Au Pair, three year old and one year old visited the bank branch today in Prince Frederick, MD. They told them to wait for 45 minutes to attend them to open a new account. After waiting for one hour, the rep was extremely rude and said now they could not attend them any longer and they had to leave and make a new appointment for the following day. We will find another bank to conduct and give our business to as their Customer Service is awful and very unprofessional.

I unfortunately was dealing with a fraud/scam situation, and Mike Thomas was incredibly kind and empathetic. He did everything he could to help. Anytime I go in there now I only want to deal with him.
