I am seeing multiple 1 star reviews from several people that seem to have bad experiences everywhere they go. I visit this location frequently and have only good things to say. The staff here are always friendly and professional.

I was on vacation with my extended family at nearby Emerald Isle. We were conducting some official business related to the recent death of my father. As such, we needed "signature guarantees" on an insurance document. Any FDIC-insured bank can provide this service (similar to notarizing). As a 20+ year Wells Fargo customer (through their acquisition of Wachovia), I first approached the local WF branch.
