Had a wonderful experience right from the moment I stepped in. The whole staff at the branch was welcoming. Didn't have an appointment but the staff person still attended me, listened to my request and put me in the queue. Didn't had to wait long, Lisa was very thorough in explaining me the process and time frame for my request. Walked out a happily attended customer in less than 30 mins. Unfortunately I'm bad at names, but everyone on the staff were helpful and welcoming. Excellent management.

At first they were very helpful. Now not so much After many visits they were accusing of sending fraud payments to people. Now I found out they froze my account without telling me, I have a huge IRS payment , My rent payment Was not accepted, and I found out that I will not get my money back until April 16. I was going through to the bank to use their service to expedite a financial process. I was late, on a Friday and way across town trying to make it home. I entered and all the other bankers were tending to customers in their separate offices and only 2 tellers were tending the counter while were counting down for the day.
