I like that the ATM inside the entrance has a privacy partition and you have the ability to withdraw denominations other than 20s. The machine carries 1, 10, 20 and 100 dollar bills. I needed smaller bills for an upcoming trip. The machine didn’t have $5 bills as an option so I went inside and was promptly greeted & helped by an associate, I believe his name is Dimitri. He traded some of my larger bills for 5s.

This branch is the worst when it comes to handling your banking transactions. There’s never any teller available for assistance upon walking in. They’re always wanting to point everyone to using the automated system for deposits. And when you deposit a check , they hold the funds for a ridiculous amount of time before releasing the funds. I’ve had them to screw up major transactions where I’ve written checks for large amounts to my contractor, and they would initially pay it and then reverse the money from his account, causi... read more
