Had an issue with my mobile banking. Somma took care of everything. She was very patient until the problem was fixes.
This bank does have tellers working inside. Customer service was great.
This location used to employ tellers which could handle all your needs that a typical bank would. A few years ago, they pretty much became a drive through ATM service after no longer providing services from inside the bank. The next closest branch is in Solon. I can't even access MY money at the local bank, ridiculous.
They took my checks and refused to released them into my account.
No bank tellers, it’s an office with ATMs, go to Solon Banch.
