The experience was great
This bank in general never thinks about the customer. 3 times have a problem never give me a solution only think about their own benefits.
This is my second time visiting this branch, and the service continues to impress me. Annie assisted me during my first visit and went above and beyond. I saw her again on my second visit, and to my surprise, she remembered my name and the reason for my first visit—that really meant a lot. I was also warmly greeted by a Haitian gentleman who was just as kind and helpful. I’ve been with PNC for years and visited many branches, but this is the first time I’ve seen a Haitian teller. Atm shut off with my family's card in it and now we can't get it back or get the money out of it
Awful customer service! Bad attitude! They obviously don't like their jobs!! Close up this branch too! I thought the town square branch was bad, this is by far much worse!!!
