Arrived on time for an appointment and was still made to wait almost 30 minutes before being seen by another banker with no acknowledgement from either the banker the appointment was with, Elias, nor the manager, both of whom passed by me multiple times as I waited. The banker who would eventually help me didn't verify my identity before handing me my documents. Very unprofessional.
