Not satisfied with the customer service I received today. I came into this location to help my mom get assistance with her account. BRADY helped us and at first he was understanding but once the 1pm time hit the clock, his demeanor changed. We asked him to help us with opening an online account and he let out an agitated sigh, which confused me because despite the time, I found it disrespectful. The reviews of the customer service at this location are unfortunately true. This location has inattentive staff, they will be annoyed to service you, the tone you'll get will be annoyed at best, and the management is inflexible and sarcastic. Truly the worst experience I've had at any bank. The only one's the good customer service here are the security guards at the door. Terrible customer service at this location will never return.
I've had a savings and checking account at the Joppa PNC for 7 years and today I finally had a great banking experience, thanks to India. She exudes positivity, she is knowledgeable and she does her job well.
