Friendly and helpful staff at this PNC branch. I’m always in and out in less than 5 mins…always great service. My only issue is that the drive thru ATM always seems to have a problem. Now I go directly to the walk-up ATM.
I’m not sure why but this is the worst PNC branch in the area. It is always extremely slow with poor customer service. Unfortunately I have to sometimes visit this branch, and every time it makes me rethink doing banking with PNC.
Been coming here since the Mercantile days, only had one issue when their ATM was out of service and didn't dispense cash
