I’m not sure why but this is the worst PNC branch in the area. It is always extremely slow with poor customer service. Unfortunately I have to sometimes visit this branch, and every time it makes me rethink doing banking with PNC.
Been coming here since the Mercantile days, only had one issue when their ATM was out of service and didn't dispense cash
Horrible experience at this location. The manager isn’t very nice to the surrounding businesses. They had a fence put up to keep people out.
This branch of PNC bank is by far the best. From the moment you approach the automated door a staff person opens it and welcomes you. You are always treated like you matter! In a season where many financial institutions treat you like a after thought this PNC location treats you like you matter and they value your business.
Mr. Deep Singh has spectacular customer service. My wife and I opened a new account today and we were immediately greeted at the door. Very friendly staff and great service.
