Place is closed. Wasted my good half an hour of time. It has been moved to the 1st floor of the Union building. When you see the food court take stairs to go one floor down.

Such a waste of time. Went in to get a certified check. After 30 min they could not find me in the computer, then they had me wait another 20 min to tell me, sorry we can't do it today, please come back tomorrow.
