The team at this PNC branch are so polite and helpful. They went above and beyond for me more than once not even being a member of the branch. I appreciate the financial advisors as well as the tellers. This branch treats you like they are your favorite neighbor. You really don’t find that type of customer care anymore. Don't bother trying to call them they never answer the phone!!!What kind of bank never answers the phone!!!!
Went in to open a simple checking account; was told we'd have to come back in 2 hours or go to Barbourville. Terrible service.
