I’ve been a member of PNC for 14 years and they keep calling every few for me to come in and see what they do. The first time I went in, they told me I was approved for a home equity loan. I came in the next Monday to sign then paperwork, then they told me I was declined and the lady that approved me went on vacation. So I said forget it and went on my way.
