10 PNC employees to hold the door when you walk in, 15 more employees to watch you wait in line and 1 teller working the front counter AND drive thru. Waiting in line for 45 minutes just to cash a check is crazy. I don’t understand the uneven distribution of duties in that bank.
Great service, the lady that i spoke to was very respectful and helpful, they were quick, went in to make an account and wasn’t there long at all!
Highly recommend pnc bank if you do large numbers banking?
