Great Experience! I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically upon entering the branch. Harvin guided me through my transactions with friendly, efficient expertise.
Honestly useless. They don't have a bad rating for no reason. Their tellers are inefficient and essentially unavailable. Sure it's their workday so they're in no rush, but should've been a 15 min errand took my entire afternoon. There were idiotic contractors screwing around and doing unnecessary repairs over the branch that made the whole environment even more hectic and inaccessible. Seriously - don't go here.
Don’t bother showing up after hours. Although it says “swipe car” & “wave hand” No access even with my PNC debit card and swipe hand. Have tried this location on several occasions. Very disappointed in PNC over these last years.
Very good branch
I've been with PNC for 20 years and this branch makes me want to pull all of my money out and bank somewhere else. They are not friendly, they do not say hi, the employees act like they're in a forced labor camp. I just walked into deposit a check and I saw three employees and none of them acknowledged me. One time after a transaction I asked to use the restroom and she told me no. And then when I asked her again she said okay but we're really not supposed to. What kind of customer service is that
