I had such a wonderful experience at PNC Bank and really wanted to recognize Melanie and Santiago. Melanie was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I came back the following day, and she was just as attentive and helpful and she continued to make sure everything was handled properly and that I felt taken care of throughout the process. Great Experience! I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically upon entering the branch. Harvin guided me through my transactions with friendly, efficient expertise.
Honestly useless. They don't have a bad rating for no reason. Their tellers are inefficient and essentially unavailable. Sure it's their workday so they're in no rush, but should've been a 15 min errand took my entire afternoon. There were idiotic contractors screwing around and doing unnecessary repairs over the branch that made the whole environment even more hectic and inaccessible. Seriously - don't go here.
