Very good branch
I've been with PNC for 20 years and this branch makes me want to pull all of my money out and bank somewhere else. They are not friendly, they do not say hi, the employees act like they're in a forced labor camp. I just walked into deposit a check and I saw three employees and none of them acknowledged me. One time after a transaction I asked to use the restroom and she told me no. And then when I asked her again she said okay but we're really not supposed to. What kind of customer service is that
Not enough electronic tellers and the staff does not step out to assist when they are not with a customer. This causes longer than necessary waits. Otherwise friendly staff, clean facility, and good location.
What great experience...Brian is a Pro. Im rarely impressed by financial institutions so had to write. I Initially called to get a potential options before going into the branch. From beginning to end he was a professional, knowledgeable, on point, and recalibrated my opinion. Kudos for excellent customer service!
There is a problem with depositing money and checks. Very rude employees in customer service department.
