I have banked with PNC for over 10 years. I recently started using this branch as it's close to my job. I went in today and had the most lovely experience with a teller named Colleen. Saturdays can be busy whereever you go and in customer service that can often show, however Colleen was professional, attentive and kind. I came unprepared for what I needed and she helped me tremendously and efficiently. I left with everything I came for. Completely satisfied!
