Andrea at the Shaler Plaza PNC Bank went above and beyond for us and our small business. If you're looking to do any type of banking (personal or business), I can't recommend Andrea enough. She is an asset to PNC and they are lucky to have her!

I had my PNC Bank information hack and they got money out of my account so I had to stop my bank card and reissue a new one they could not help me at this branch I have to make an appointment and my life is very chaotic and they couldn't cater to that little extra effort we're not recommend this branch
I went to the bank today with two goals, deposit some cash and get a new debit card. Jackie was super nice and happy to help me with my deposit, even though it can be done at an ATM. She then directed me to Jordan (if I remember his name correctly) to get a new debit card. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I had accomplished both my goals. The debit card process was surprisingly easy and I was pleased that I was able to get a card without having to wait for it to come in the mail.
