Don’t use the drive through mac machine. It swallowed up my card and destroyed my card. The people that work inside seeing that my card was inside didn’t even callto let me know that hey we have your card but we have to destroy it and or here’s the next steps. I’m out of town and there’s a huge time difference. When I did got a minute to call they wasn’t helpful at all. They stated the machine was being serviced. Waited for 35 minutes to cash some bonds. After waiting this long i asked for an ETA and was told it would be at least and additional 15 minutes. Waste of time
Awful service every single time. They are always low on staff and don’t know anything.
People are friendly... But 1 HUGE fault here.. Is that they have 2 greeters.. 2.... While they have a line to the door.. They think a greeter is more important than the actual customers waiting in line for 30 mins... Not sure I understand the placement of staff here.. But management should take another look.
