Unprofessional.. disorganized With a customer service that rates among the worst I’ve ever had to deal with…. And this is concerning your money….I intend to cancel every account I have with PNC It’s just one issue after another… And the issues are not on my end..
For about a year and a half now, I’ve been going to this PNC Bank branch. It’s a close branch for me to go to because it’s close to my home. While, sometimes the lines can be long The tellers that greet me and assist me while I do my transactions are all awesome. I appreciate their service, And thank them for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism.
Brody and Irene did a wonderful job. Both were very nice and kind. Brody helped me with a problem that I had, and gave me a wonderful service. I am happy with my experience.
Don’t use the drive through mac machine. It swallowed up my card and destroyed my card. The people that work inside seeing that my card was inside didn’t even callto let me know that hey we have your card but we have to destroy it and or here’s the next steps. I’m out of town and there’s a huge time difference. When I did got a minute to call they wasn’t helpful at all. They stated the machine was being serviced. But when I put my card in the machine it wasn’t being serviced. I will just stick to my pnc family over east libe... read more
Waited for 35 minutes to cash some bonds. After waiting this long i asked for an ETA and was told it would be at least and additional 15 minutes. Waste of time
