I was turned away by robertsdale branch at 440pm when trying to cash a 4,000 check from progressive on a PNC account. What unless bank can't cash a check???? They said they didn't have enough cash on hand!!!!!! What a joke! Besides that they charge 2% to cash it... so that's approximately $90.00!!! I hate this bank! Im a business owner and was once asked to open a business account by them, LMAO!
Antonella at the robertsdale Alabama branch is a full-fledged witch. She is not helpful, my husband died and she doesn't care. She said I don't have any right to his account even though I am his widow. All I ask called and asked for was the routing number for the bank and the account number so that I could turn the information over to social security to stop my social security checks from going back into that account.
