This has got to be the worst PNC. Scratch that the worst bank that I’ve ever been to. They don’t greet customers. Each transaction takes 15 minutes. All of the bankers have the craziest look on their face like they’re doing God‘s work. Humble yourselves, please. Come greet customers who are standing in your lobby for 15 minutes. I had a wonderful experience,with this branch today..i want to recognize,the manager May..She went far and beyond to help me,with a very stressful situation...as soon as I walked in the door,I was greeted immediately..she was very professional, welcoming,and a problem solver...I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was 1:02PM on a Saturday and I thought the branch closed at 2:00PM. I was late by only 2 minutes and they wouldn’t let me in. Rules are rules I guess!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited in the waiting area for a Representative for over a half hour. While we were waiting they had a customer leave the office with an escort only to return 5 minutes later and was allowed to cut in line in front of us. Worst customer ever.
