Good service
Their website claims they offer notary services, but they don’t. I’ve had items notarized at other PNC banks before (I’ve been a customer of theirs for years), but this one either a.) didn’t want to do the notary when I arrived and asked, b.) didn’t know how to do a notary or c.) is unable to do them despite their own app saying they offer the service.
I have been with PNC for quite some time but location by far the best location. And one of there there rep, Meghan has a really big hand on that. I have not had to be in the bank ever since more than 20mins . She is the definitely the reason why I am staying with PNC .
