I will never return to this branch they did away with tellers took people's jobs away and make you use a damn ATM with a virtual person that's sitting at home. It is very in humanizing and frustrating. Also have to rely on the people that are in front of you knowing what they're doing and having to stand there for 40 minutes to get what you need done. It's absolutely disgusting for PNC to do away completely with tellers especially for older people which I myself am not.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this is why I don’t bank with PNC. Waiting inline for 30 min to see a bank teller to cash a 200 dollar check is CRAZY !!!! Carla nasty, slimy attitude while slamming my cards down on the counter. She NEEDS TO GET FIRED FOR HER POOR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How do you even work at bank talking to people like that. I see why this location has only 2.5 stars on google. Worst bank in history !!!!!
