The employees truly care about their customers and know everyone by name and are so helpful. If you want a big bank with a small bank feel this is the place to go
Horrible service, lose checks
I went to the bank today with an unorthodox request. I was expecting things to not be easy … I was pleasantly surprised :) The guys at the counter didn’t bat an eye.They handled my request with ease, had me taken care of quickly, and with a smile. Great experience, Thanks PNC!
Avoid this bank if you own a business...completely inept went in to apply for a business credit card. Spent over 3 hours with "Taylor" who was beyond unprofessional and unprepared. Waste of time...
This bank was no help today. Customer service is getting worse.
