Terrible customer service. Very rude employees.
Went in on a Friday afternoon the teller was super helpful. We also were able to speak with a banker, Curtis, about card issues my daughter was having he was very professional, informative and helpful, and even offered to stay late to help customers that came in after us. So sorry I did not get the name of the teller we initially spoke with. Great service all around!

I went in, staff checked me in to replace a card and get a pin#.I am new customer of PNC. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes, advised I had to wait for a specific individual to come in, the teller pointed to an AA man that arrived whom spent several minutes distracted completely ignoring the people in the lobby. I then advised I work remotely and would be out front in my car working, asked for estimated time to come back inside for my new card. I was advised it would be brought out to me.
