Sat and waited for over 30 minutes without being seen. Not sure what was going on, but it seems unorganised
Bryan and Jake are amazing here! Have been in several time for large withdraws and everyone is super helpful and nice. Would totally recommend.
Fraud prevention blocked my attempt to pay for prescriptions at Walgreen's 3 times. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone and in person at this branch. Walked away with "it should work tomorrow", a half hour late for work and no prescriptions. All of which the person on the phone the rep at the branch was talking to found hilarious. I could clearly hear her laughing. Never felt less valued as a customer.
I was with PNC for several years, and it was the worst banking experience I've ever had. I had my personal account, all my family members' accounts, and all my business accounts with them. Almost every time I visited, there was a mistake. We were frequently charged inaccurate service fees that took over a year to resolve. The customer service is terrible, and their turnover rate is incredibly high—there are new employees every time I visit. I highly do not recommend this bank to anyone.
