This place has great tellers and really friendly staff, and they work to please every customer that comes in the door. Small peccadillo, but I'd prefer if the poor tellers weren't tasked with asking every customer who makes a deposit if they want to have immediate access to the money per some fee.
Not deserving of any star. I only selected it because it’s the only forced way to start a review. The entire PNC banking/corporate is not supportive. They take all your money give little to no positive customer service as a paying customer. Simply put you pay your bills on time and cooperate and they still charge you additional fees. PNC bank is the second worst bank I’ve dealt with. Note I’m not with this bank by choice; it’s unfortunate that the mortgage housing market dictate the loan consolidation process.
