Sat in the drive thru for fifteen minutes and a truck in front of us was just parked and nothing. Had to pull around to go in...now no one answered the phone and I called 6 time's!! Not professional at all..in the bank total rude!+ No one wants to work her I guess.
I would not recommend this bank since it became pnc. Pnc is trying too hard to become another faceless national chain bank.
Very odd for me to be reviewing a bank, but this specific location deserves it. The manager Becky and her staff went WELL out of their way when they absolutely did not have to. I was dealing with an issue that ended up having nothing to do with PNC, and she volunteered her time to help me work through it.
This is the best bank I've ever had. They are very friendly.
