Always friendly, always helpful and always under-staffed. Recently opened 2 substantial accounts and the friendly lady was so discombobulated that one of those accounts didn't have the money deposited in it as instructed. Upon discovering this, we called immediately and the correction was made. When it comes to money & banking, there's no room for errors. 3 stars is being mighty generous.
