Always friendly, always helpful and always under-staffed. Recently opened 2 substantial accounts and the friendly lady was so discombobulated that one of those accounts didn't have the money deposited in it as instructed. Upon discovering this, we called immediately and the correction was made. When it comes to money & banking, there's no room for errors. 3 stars is being mighty generous.
Just okay
Makes no sense for me to have to pay a 2% few to cash a PNC check. It is literally from this bank, maybe if I took it to another bank I would understand. But this is just theft.
