Pleasant and friendly staff
We tried to make an account online twice. We were told the system glitched and for an unknown reason it closed out account. We made an appt to visit this branch in person. I left work and my SO made a special trip to Easton. The employee decided to take lunch instead of make our appt. Three strikes, they must not want business that bad.
Walked into the bank and was promptly greeted with a positive attitude. I didn't have an appointment, and they took me anyway. I just moved to the area and Jill set me up with a new account and a debit card in about 30 minutes. Done and done. Incredible experience.
