STOP. STOP. STOP!!! Calling me and leaving vague messages regarding my account asking that I call back, then have to wait on hold for 10mins to then just be asked if I need anything. Maybe the messages should say "call us if you need anything. We are here for you" as opposed to these messages making you think something is wrong with your account. This is the 3rd time I've asked for you to STOP. Yet when I go to this branch, getting help requires an act of congress.
