A poorly run and disappointing Branch for PNC. They don’t open on time and can’t keep appointments. Fortunately, I have been able to get somebody at the Wixom branch to actually help me, that branch understands customer service.
Have always had great service. They are always so helpful.
I love my neighborhood Milford branch of PNC. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I always know I will receive great service!
I called in for a simple bit of information and they staff was rude and useless. They don't even know their own interest rates, nor are they willing to take the time to figure out what you need to know. I'll never use a PNC Bank again.
