I went to withdraw $500 after depositing over $25k in a new account. The check for had already cleared but they claimed I was committing fraud by trying to take money out of my own check that had cleared and froze my account for days, inconveniencing me tremendously. I have them multiple forms of id and look exactly like my id photos. I would not go to this bank.

Every time I’ve been here has been excellent. Polite and quick. They have always provided excellent customer service.
