Nicholas was a great help. He loves working for PNC.
Terrible service! I made a return at auto zone and deposited money and they still are keeping in overdraft and my funds aren’t accounted for. And the only way I can close the account is by replacing the money in overdraft. Service is terrible!!

Not happy about the 2 forms of ID required. Also I've been depositing these checks every month for 3 yrs however today because there wasn't enough money for the " money back " that I wanted it couldn't happen.
