THIS BANK IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! They have me locked out by every other means except actually being locked out for suspicious activity in the app and in order for me to be able to use the app with the convenience of online banking, I have to go into the branch to do my banking and I just had chemo Monday and my rent was due yesterday. I'm sorry to be so negative but I was up all night desperately trying but had trouble seeing because of the tears 😭😭😭😭😭😭
